At ORU Villas, we value our guests and strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before making any changes to your booking.
Cancellation Terms
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund (5% processing fee applicable).
- 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund OR 75% credit note.
- 10-15 days before check-in: 20% refund OR 50% credit note.
- Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund, 20% credit note.
- Within 24 hours: No refund, no credit note.
- No-shows: Non-refundable.
Additional Terms
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- Date changes are treated as cancellation + new booking unless approved in writing.
- Price differences during rebooking must be paid by the guest.
- Bookings made via third-party platforms are governed by their respective policies.
Credit Note Terms
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Applicable only on available villas at the time of rebooking.
- Not valid on weekends, public holidays, or peak dates unless approved.
- Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Only one credit note per booking allowed.
- Once used, no new credit note will be issued if that booking is cancelled.
- Partial usage is not permitted.
